Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Currency Converter app for iPhone and this website.

Licence

Currency Converter is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). The Standard EULA applies together with these terms. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA takes precedence.

No account needed

The app has no sign-up or sign-in. You don't create an account with us. Purchases are linked to your Apple Account, so you can restore Converter Pro on another iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account by tapping Restore Purchases in the app's Settings.

Converter Pro

Converter Pro unlocks the app. It is offered as:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month, auto-renewing, starting with a 3-day free trial
• Yearly: $24.99 per year, auto-renewing, starting with a 3-day free trial
• Lifetime: $49.99, one-time purchase, does not renew

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country. Local taxes may apply.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• When a free trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the plan price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Free trials are available once per Apple Account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Exchange rates

Exchange rates in the app are updated daily and are provided for information only. They may differ from the rates offered by banks, card issuers, exchange offices or payment services, which often include fees or margins. Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for financial decisions.

Acceptable use

Please do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its rate data, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or its rates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

About Apple

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. For help, contact us.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
