Common questions

How often are exchange rates updated?

Rates are updated daily and saved on your device. Pull down on the converter to refresh them whenever you are online.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. The app uses the last rates it saved, so conversions keep working in aeroplane mode or when you have no roaming data.

How do I change my base currency?

Tap any currency in your list to make it the base. The amount you typed is converted and carried over.

How do I add, remove or reorder currencies?

Open Favorites, tap the + button to add a currency, and use Edit to remove or drag currencies into the order you want. You can search by code or by name.

Can I change the number of decimal places?

Yes. Choose from 0 to 4 decimal places in Settings. Very small amounts show extra digits so they never round down to zero.

How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Converter Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.

How do I ask for a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
